Advanced lighting and energy management solution for Basilica San Pietro. LogicMachine interconnects KNX, DALI and DMX to a provide centralized lighting control, visualization and. alarm integration. Communication with the centralized BMS is done through BACnet and Modbus protocols.
Custom automation logic developed within LogicMachine dynamically adjusts lighting scenarios according to the operational mode of the Basilica. The solution manages intelligent rotation of lighting fixtures in visitor areas on a monthly basis to balance operating hours and extend equipment lifetime.
Integrated energy metering provides real-time monitoring, graphical reporting and continuous data exchange with the BMS.

Smart home and building automation solution for a premium luxury residential development in Shanghai, implemented using LogicMachine as the central smart home integration and visualization platform. The project includes 226 high-end luxury apartments located in the prestigious Bund area, featuring residences ranging from 365 m² to 1500 m².
The development was designed as a green technology smart residence project, integrating intelligent building systems into a unified automation environment. LogicMachine enables centralized smart home control, intelligent automation logic, gateway to HVAC and real-time data visualization, providing residents with seamless management of multiple apartment systems through one integrated platform.

Automation solution for Mana Sleep & SPA Druskininkai, implemented with LogicMachine as the central control and integration platform. The project combines lighting control, audio control, visualization and advanced automation logic across a large number of suites and public areas that are fully integrated within the KNX system.
Complex lighting scenarios and automation workflows were implemented using the powerful scripting capabilities of LogicMachine. This approach provides flexibility for future functionality changes without the need to reprogram hundreds of KNX devices. The solution also includes LogicMachine redundancy for increased system reliability and uninterrupted operation.
Automation manages lighting throughout suites, corridors and common spaces. Tunable white lighting dynamically changes throughout the day to support guests' natural circadian rhythm. Integrated audio control and personalized room automation contribute to the relaxing and premium experience of Lithuania's only 5-star Sleep SPA hotel.

Building Management System solution for a biogas station, implemented using LogicMachine as the central automation and monitoring platform. The project integrates HVAC, energy management, alarm handling and custom automation logic to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the industrial facility.
LogicMachine was used to integrate Daikin VRV systems through Modbus RTU communication, while also connecting sensors, electrical panels and programmable controllers into one unified BMS environment. The system continuously monitors temperature, humidity, ventilation and operational parameters in real time. Alarms and notifications for the maintenance personnel are generated automatically if critical thresholds are exceeded.
The solution improves energy efficiency, reduces downtime, increases the overall reliability and safety of the biogas station infrastructure.

Innovative IoT-based transport automation solution for the "Running Potatoes" project, developed using LogicMachine to monitor and control potato transportation containers across Europe. The project represents one of the early large-scale implementations of connected smart containers for agricultural logistics. It combines automation, environmental monitoring and cloud connectivity.
Each transport container is equipped with a LogicMachine controller connected via GSM and integrated with temperature, humidity, CO₂ and GPS sensors, as well as Modbus-enabled Belimo ventilation shutters for precise climate regulation inside the container. Through custom automation logic and MQTT-based cloud communication, the system continuously monitors transport conditions and dynamically controls airflow to maintain optimal product quality during transit.
All containers are connected to a centralized cloud platform developed for real-time visualization, route tracking and transport quality monitoring. The solution enables certified transport routes, improved product consistency, reduced spoilage risk and a higher-quality final product for long-distance food logistics operations.
